These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://therhpway.com and participation in the SMS messaging program operated by RHP Insurance LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Website Use
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries, applications, or appointment requests through our website.
Submitting a form does not guarantee insurance coverage, application approval, employment, an agency appointment, or any particular financial or business outcome.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our SMS messaging program. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Transactional SMS Program
RHP Insurance LLC provides an optional SMS program for insurance clients and prospective agents who expressly consent to receive text messages.
Depending on your inquiry or relationship with us, messages may include:
Responses to your submitted inquiries.
Insurance application status updates.
Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and reminders.
Client onboarding instructions.
Agent application status updates.
Interview or introductory-call confirmations and reminders.
Agent onboarding instructions.
You will receive only messages relevant to your inquiry, application, appointment, or onboarding process.
This program does not include promotional offers, advertising, unsolicited recruiting messages, or insurance product marketing.
4. SMS Consent
You may enroll by entering your phone number, selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website form, and submitting the form.
By selecting that checkbox, you authorize RHP Insurance LLC to send the described transactional text messages to the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology.
Providing your phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, submitting an application, or scheduling an appointment.
You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the telephone number provided. Please notify us if that number changes.
5. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, application activity, appointments, and onboarding needs.
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging plan and applicable charges.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us.
After opting out, you may receive one final text confirming your unsubscribe request. No further messages from this SMS program will be sent unless you provide consent again.
To rejoin, return to the original signup form and provide fresh SMS consent.
Opting out of SMS does not automatically withdraw your application or cancel a scheduled appointment.

8. Message Delivery and Carrier Liability
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, network availability, and other factors outside our control. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website and SMS program is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and share personal information.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and opt-in records are not sold or shared for unrelated third-party use. Service providers may process this information solely as needed to operate and support our messaging program, subject to applicable legal requirements.
10. Email Newsletter
Any email newsletter subscription is separate from SMS enrollment. Selecting an email newsletter checkbox does not authorize text messages.
You may unsubscribe from newsletter emails using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
11. Application and Service Limitations
Website information and communications do not, by themselves, create insurance coverage or constitute approval of an insurance or agent application.
Insurance coverage is subject to the applicable insurer’s underwriting, approval, policy terms, and effective dates. Agent opportunities are subject to applicable licensing, eligibility, review, and contractual requirements.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions and will publish the revised version with an updated date.
Changes to these terms do not expand your SMS consent to include promotional messaging. Any change requiring additional consent will be implemented only after that consent is obtained.
